Moneyback requests should be through registered email/mobile if you did not get a tuition leads during your plan period.
If tuition don't gets confirmed you, then are not eligible for refund.
You will get 100% Moneyback if you have not availed any services from Residence Tutor like tuition contacts, getting tuition leads or Assigned Tuition.
Example: You have taken premium plan and have not received any Leads by Residence Tutor, then you will get 100% refund.
For premium plan i.e if you have received few contacts then refund will be based on pro rata basis Post Validity.
For example, if your plan costs Rs 999 (Rs 847 + Rs 152 GST) and cost per contact is Rs 170 in your plan and you have Received 2 contacts then you will get Rs 847 - ( 2 X Rs 170 ) = Rs 507/- as refund.
Personal reasons like getting a job elsewhere or moving to another place will not be entertained.However, we have presence all over Lucknow.
You are not eligible for refund during your plan period. Please note that patience is the key and you may not get a confirmed tuition immediately after you become premium member. Refund requests should be placed after your plan period within 2 months after plan expiry.
Our aim is to give you atleast one confirmed tuition for Rs 999. Many tutors get more than 1 confirmed tuitions by prompt demos and show casing their teaching skills during demo classes.If you get tuition leads then you are not eligible for refund.
Providing feedback for every tuition lead you received is mandatory within 2 days.Incase if you failed to provide the feedback,Your Lead Will be counted and transfered the lead on shared basis..
